When it comes to Bermuda’s beaches, there are a few things to keep in mind: • Many resort beaches are private, but only above the high-water mark. The water is public and accessible by boat or foot. • Public beaches are open from sunrise to sunset. • There is no camping or sleeping allowed on any beach. • Nude sunbathing is expressly forbidden on public beaches.
